Intented use

Where will this be used? Digital, print, or both. Screen and print work differently — dimensions, colour profiles, resolution. Tell me upfront, or we'll be starting over.

Size & Format

Provide the exact dimensions you need: width × height. If you're not sure, find out before we start. Guessing sizes means rework — and rework is billed as a new job.

Print Shop Requirements

If the job is going to print, ask your printer for their specs before we begin — bleed margins, accepted colour profiles, file formats. Every print shop has their own requirements, and changes after the fact restart the clock.

Copy & Text

Send final, proofread text before work begins. Edits and small corrections are part of the process. Substantial rewrites — new sections, restructured messaging, changed tone — are treated as a new job.

Brand Guidelines

If you have a style guide — colours, fonts, rules — send it over before we start. It'll save time and keep everything consistent.

Assets quality

Share your existing assets at the highest resolution available. Low-res files affect the final result, and sourcing or recreating assets is billed separately.
