No formal contract — just an agreement between us. Invoices are issued in advance on a schedule we decide together, typically every 2–3 or 6 months.
What's is included
Design, development, updates, maintenance — whatever comes up. I work through requests one at a time. In quieter months, I work proactively on your brand in the background.
Reasonable usage
The retainer isn't capped by hours, but it's based on a rough average. As a reference point: the monthly rate works out to roughly half what you'd pay at the hourly rate. If the workload consistently runs well beyond that, we'll revisit the monthly fee together.
Service interruption
If the arrangement no longer makes sense, we stop. No notice period, no complications. That said, spots are limited. If you leave, you join the queue to come back.
